What is Flosse?
Flosse puts the fun back into Candy. Flosse brings you flavoured candy flosse and confectionary in a beautiful tub. Enjoy our candy flosse from a range of 12 flavours; also keep an eye out for seasonal flavours throughout the year. Our confectionary tubs include over 15 luxury products!
When should I expect my order?
Your orders will be sent via standard delivery. Please allow 2-3 working days for your delivery to arrive. If you require your order sooner, please contact us!
Can you add my company logo to your tubs?
Sure, you can do this by clicking on the ‘personalise your Flosse’ menu. Simply select your product and click continue to personalise. You can also email us your logo on hey@flosse.co.uk.
How can I place a bulk order?
For wholesale, corporate events, birthdays, weddings or any other special events, please contact hey@flosse.co.uk
What if my package has arrived damaged?
Please contact the Flosse team hey@flosse.co.uk and you will be advised of the next steps.
What if my package has not arrived?
All packages should arrive within 3 days of dispatch, excluding weekends and Bank holidays. For delays, please contact the Flosse team on hey@flosse.co.uk
Can I cancel my order?
Due to the quick turnaround process, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

What is the shelf life of candy flosse tubs?
If stored in a cool, dry place and away from sunlight, our candy flosse shelf life is up to 1 month. Flosse tubs are machine sealed and air tight. Once opened, please consume immediately. This is due to the delicate nature of candy Flosse.
Can I place an order from outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, orders are restricted to the UK mainland only however watch this space…
What payment method is accepted on the website?
All major cards along with Pay Pal is accepted. You can also pay over the phone or via Apple Pay.
My order is a gift. Can I include a gift note and make sure the price is not included?
Yes, as part of the order process, you will have the opportunity to personalise the tubs and include a note with your special message.
What do I do with the empty tubs?
The tubs can be used for multiple purposes around the home, from storing sugar, coffee, spices or even a pen pot. Make the most of the tubs – it really is a tub for life!
